Terms & Conditions - Bubbling Bell Tent Hire
1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 28 days before the event date.

Bookings made within 28 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations
-
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
-
Cancellations made within 28 days of the event will forfeit the full booking amount.
3. Site Requirements
-
A flat, grassed area free from obstructions is required for tent setup.
-
Access for a vehicle within 30 meters of the setup area is necessary.
4. Equipment Use
-
No smoking, cooking, or open flames inside or within 5 meters of the tent.
-
Pets are not allowed inside the tents.
-
Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the client.
5. Liability
-
We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the tents.
-
Clients are responsible for the safety of all guests using the tents.
