Terms & Conditions - Bubbling Bell Tent Hire

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 28 days before the event date.

  • Bookings made within 28 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 28 days of the event will forfeit the full booking amount.

3. Site Requirements

  • A flat, grassed area free from obstructions is required for tent setup.

  • Access for a vehicle within 30 meters of the setup area is necessary.

4. Equipment Use

  • No smoking, cooking, or open flames inside or within 5 meters of the tent.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the tents.

  • Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the client.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the tents.

  • Clients are responsible for the safety of all guests using the tents.
